REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available once the service is completed.
However, if there are any issues with your lashes within 4 days,
please contact me to discuss adjustments.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Clients are allowed a 15 min grace period.
After this time, a late fee of $20 will be added to service.
BOOKING POLICY
All appointments must be booked through the link in the bio. No exceptions!
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot. Deposit goes towards service.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment.
This amount will be applied to your service.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations will result in a forfeit of deposit.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
To reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24–48 hr in advance.
Failure to do so may result in losing your deposit.
GUEST POLICY
For the safety and comfort of all clients, please do not bring extra guests/children to your appointment.
The lash studio is a space for relaxation and focus.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Zelle & Apple Pay.
All payments must be made at the end of your appointment.
LASH FILL POLICY
Fill appointments must be booked within 1–3 weeks of your initial full set.
If more than 3 weeks, it will be considered a full set, and additional fees will apply.
